The App is designed to be lightweight. We collect only what is necessary to deliver a high-quality learning experience:
- Usage Data: App interactions, session duration, features used — collected anonymously via Firebase Analytics to improve the App.
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and language settings to optimize performance and compatibility.
- Crash Reports: Automatic crash log data via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs quickly.
- Ad Interaction Data: Collected by Google AdMob for serving relevant advertisements (see Section 3).
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us.
2 How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used solely to:
- Improve performance, content, and features of the Xaxify English Learn app
- Diagnose and fix technical issues (crashes, errors)
- Understand how users interact with the app to inform future updates
- Display relevant advertisements through Google AdMob
3 Advertising & Third-Party SDKs
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data as per Google's own privacy policies, including device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

4 App Permissions
The Xaxify English Learn app requests only the permissions necessary for its core functionality:
- Internet Access: Required to load content, display ads, and send analytics data.
- Network State: To check connectivity and provide offline-friendly experiences where possible.
We do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage unless a specific feature explicitly requires it, and you will be informed before any such permission is requested.
5 Children's Privacy
Xaxify English Learn is designed as a general-audience educational app and is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
If you believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at info@xaxify.com and we will promptly remove that information.
6 Data Retention & Security
Anonymous analytics and crash data is retained for up to 14 months by Firebase and is automatically purged thereafter. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect data in transit and at rest.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use the App on a secure network.
7 Your Rights & Choices
You have the right to:
- Opt out of personalized advertising by resetting or disabling your device's Advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us.
- Uninstall the App at any time to stop all data collection.
8 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
